5 Steps on How To Become a Better Coach and Mentor

Hi friends, Greg Quimby here... and in this video, I explain the 5 Steps on How to Become a Better Coach and Mentor in your online business. In five very short steps, here is what you MUST do to become a better coach and mentor for your business partners:

1. Clarify Their Direction. Find out where they are and where they need to go. 
2. Strategize An Action Plan. Find out what they know and where they are in their business.. and what they need to know and where they need to go in their business. Develop a "Next Step" Action Plan specific to their needs, and implement those strategies.
3. Upgrade Their Skills. Teach them new technology and ways of simplifying their business. This may include teaching them HTML, SEO, setting up their Blog, how to run PPC campaigns, E-Mail Marketing, Article Marketing, Video Marketing, etc.
4. Optimize Their Environment. You must Eliminate all distractions and stay focused. Hang around the type of person you want to become and mimic their actions. (Example: If you want success, hang around successful people.. if you want to do drugs, hang around drug addicts. Simple as that.) 
5. Mastering Your Psychology. Develop a positive mindset, with lots of energy and ambition. Educate yourself to become a more valuable person in business and relationships. Have an electrifying presence that vibrates at such a high level that you ATTRACT customers and business partners.
